Gift packaging, ribbons, cellophane, shredded paper and small accessories are not toys unless expressly stated otherwise.

Keep packaging materials away from babies, young children and pets. Plastic packaging, ribbons and small components may present suffocation, strangulation or choking hazards.

Keep products away from naked flames and sources of excessive heat.

Website use

You must not:

* Misuse the website;
* Attempt to gain unauthorised access;
* Introduce malicious software;
* Use the website fraudulently; or
* Copy or commercially exploit our content without permission.

Intellectual property

The ShredAstic® name, branding, product photographs, graphics, descriptions and other original website content belong to or are licensed to ShredAstic®.

They must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory consumer rights.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, postal disruption, industrial action, transport problems or system failures.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of any disruption.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products, services, website or applicable laws change.

The terms displayed when you place your order will apply to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Customers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where they live.
