These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through www.shredastic.com.

“ShredAstic®”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website user.

ShredAstic® is a UK online retailer selling gift packaging, shredded paper, ribbons, cellophane, florist supplies and related products.

Products

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and prices are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and manufacturing batch. Shredded paper and mixed-colour products may vary slightly in appearance or colour distribution.

Measurements and weights described as approximate may be subject to reasonable cutting, weighing and manufacturing tolerances.

Placing an order

Please check your products, colours, quantities, delivery address and contact details before completing checkout.

After placing an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order where:

* Payment cannot be authorised;
* A product is unavailable;
* Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
* Fraud is suspected; or
* Delivery cannot be made to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and optional delivery upgrades are displayed at checkout.

Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.

Cancelling or changing an order

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel or change it.

We can only accept a cancellation or amendment where the order has not already been prepared, packed or dispatched. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped within the 24-hour period.

Once dispatched, eligible products may still be returned under our Refund and Returns Policy.

This does not limit your statutory cancellation rights.

Personalised and custom-prepared products

Some products may be cut, mixed, measured or prepared specifically for your order.

This can include:

* Ribbon or cellophane cut to a selected length;
* Personalised products;
* Bespoke colour combinations; and
* Custom shredded-paper mixes.

Please check your chosen measurements, colours and wording carefully.

Unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, genuinely personalised or made-to-specification products may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation or return.
