Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy.

For most standard goods purchased online, consumers may cancel within 14 days after receiving the order and then have a further 14 days to return it. 

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects those statutory rights.
